The LMS also contained GJW, Code Of Conduct and Confidentiality derived from corporate values to create a secure work environment, which encourages more employee participation and increased involvement in work.
The LMS was interspersed with animation, illustrations, graphics & Audio Video content with interactive & comprehensive self-assessment. The content could be accessed online, every module was followed by an online evaluation with a list of Questions and Answers to check understanding.
